Brief Overview of the Vodyanytska Territorial Community
The Vodyanytska Territorial Community is a rural community located in the heart of Ukraine. It consist of 14 settlements — 11 villages and 3 hamlets — with a total population of 5,708 residents.
Our mission is to make Vodyanytska attractive for young people in rural areas by creating jobs, fostering innovation and business development, and encouraging rural entrepreneurship.
1. Education
There are three educational institutions in Vodyanytska community, serving around 600 students. One of them is a hub school. The Ryzyne Lyceum offers a unique forestry program — the only one in Ukraine officially approved by the Ministry of Education and Science (not just an extracurricular activity). http://ryzyne-school.edukit.ck.ua/nasha_gordistj-shkiljne_lisnictvo_rizana_krinicya/
We believe that international student exchange and joint projects can significantly enhance the quality of education. Hosting children for recreation and recovery, especially those who have lost family members in the war, is also a priority for our community.
2. Culture and Tourism
Our region is rich in cultural heritage and natural beauty. Vodyanytska community enchants with its natural beauty and historical landmarks, such as:

4. Industry and Innovation:
A berry processing and freezing plant (SOFT TORG LLC) operates within the Vodyanytska community. It has established itself as a leader in the production and supply of high-quality horticultural products not only in Ukraine but also abroad.
5. Agricultural Economy:
Vodyanytska community is home to 31 registered agricultural enterprises engaged in crop production, including grain, corn, and other agricultural crops. Among them, four farms maintain cattle herds and produce milk, while one specializes in livestock breeding. Two enterprises are engaged in the cultivation of greenery and ornamental plants.
Additionally, there are 353 small-scale private agricultural producers (individual farmers) involved in berry farming, vegetable cultivation, and pumpkin seed production. Our goal is to develop small-scale agriculture, particularly in processing (preservation, freezing, and pumpkin seed oil production) of products grown by these small producers and to attract funding for this initiative.
6. Investment Activity:
Since 2020, in an effort to improve conditions for children and residents, the community has attracted funding and implemented 29 social projects totaling approximately 4 million UAH. https://vodyanycka-gromada.gov.ua/investicijna-diyalnist-14-15-12-17-05-2021/
